PocketFrolic Games Privacy Policy

PocketFrolic Games ("PocketFrolic," "we," "us," or "our") publishes Color Crash on Reddit and mobile games including ArrowClear, Pulse Path, Orbit Break, Color Crash, Perfect Stack, Phase, and Loop Lock. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our games.
Color Crash on Reddit
This section applies specifically to the Reddit edition of Color Crash and takes precedence over the mobile-game descriptions of device storage, GDevelop leaderboards, Google advertising, and purchases elsewhere in this policy.
When you play while signed in to Reddit, the app uses your Reddit account ID and username to save game progress using Reddit-hosted Devvit storage. Saved information includes scores, mission progress and star ratings, earned coins, power-up inventory, daily challenge progress, tutorial status, and game preferences. Saves are scoped to your account within the hosting community. They do not transfer between communities or to the Android edition.
Your Reddit username and best Endless score may appear on that community's leaderboard. Guest players can play without an account save; guest progress lasts only for the current game session.
Account saves expire 30 days after the last successful save. Leaderboard records are retained in daily buckets for up to 30 days. Playing and saving again can refresh the account save and submit a current leaderboard record.
To delete the app's saved progress and recent leaderboard records in a community, open Profile, select Reset Saved Progress, and confirm. Repeat in each community where you played. Continuing to play after a reset can create new progress. This removes the app's records, not your Reddit account, posts, comments, or Reddit's platform records.
This Reddit edition does not use Google AdMob, GDevelop leaderboards, third-party analytics, external account linking, or real-money purchases. Its coins are earned in game and have no cash value. Reddit may process platform activity and diagnostic information under Reddit's Privacy Policy.
For privacy questions, use the contact address below and identify the game, your Reddit username, and the hosting community. Do not send passwords.
Information stored on your device
Our games may store a chosen or generated player name, scores, level or wave progress, records, game settings, and preferences locally on your device. This information supports game progress and profile features. Clearing an app's data or uninstalling it may permanently remove locally stored information.
Arrow Clear coin accounts and purchases
Arrow Clear offers an optional email-and-password coin account. We use Supabase to authenticate accounts and store your account identifier, email address, cloud coin balance, power-up inventory, owned styles, and reward and transaction records. Password authentication is handled by Supabase. We use Resend to deliver account verification and password-recovery emails. These services process information on our behalf to provide account access and cloud wallet features.
Coin purchases are processed by Google Play. Our server verifies purchase tokens and records purchase identifiers, products, credited coins, and refund status to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate rewards, and reconcile refunds. We do not receive or store your payment-card number. Google handles payment information under its own policies.
Arrow Clear may use Google Play Games Services for authentication with your Google gaming profile. This is separate from your coin account.
Account and wallet information is retained while your coin account exists. You can delete your coin account within the game or request deletion using our Arrow Clear account deletion page. Deletion removes account authentication, wallet, inventory, reward claims, and associated purchase receipt records held in our cloud wallet. Local device progress and third-party records are separate, as explained on that page.
Phase
Phase stores its generated player name, best score, highest wave, longest combo, settings, and related progress locally on your device. Phase does not require a separate PocketFrolic account.
If you submit a score to the Phase leaderboard, your generated player name and score are sent to GDevelop's leaderboard service and may be visible to other players. Avoid using a legal name, email address, or other sensitive information as a player name.
Leaderboards
Games that offer an online leaderboard may transmit a player name and score or level to GDevelop's leaderboard service. Submitted entries may be displayed publicly and may remain available after you uninstall the game. Learn more in GDevelop's Privacy Policy.
Advertising
Some PocketFrolic games use Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements. Rewarded advertisements may provide benefits such as continuing a run or receiving a gameplay reward.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from an IP address, advertisement and app interactions, diagnostics, and performance information. This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud and abuse, provide analytics, and personalize advertising where permitted.

Your advertising choices
Rewarded advertisements are optional. Where required, Google consent tools may ask you to make advertising choices. Available options depend on your region, device, and applicable law. You may also reset or limit use of your advertising identifier through your Android device or Google Account settings.
Analytics and diagnostics
Google, GDevelop, Google Play, and other service providers used by a game may process app interactions, crash information, performance information, and other diagnostics needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve their services.
How information is shared
PocketFrolic does not sell personal information. Player names and scores may be shared with GDevelop and displayed to other players when a leaderboard is used. Advertising-related information may be processed by Google AdMob and its advertising partners as described above.
Data retention and deletion
Local information remains on your device until the app data is cleared or the game is removed. Online leaderboard entries may remain until they are removed or the provider's retention period expires. To request deletion of a leaderboard entry, contact us with the game title and exact player name so we can identify the record. Advertising information is subject to Google's privacy controls and retention practices.
Children's privacy
PocketFrolic games are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal contact information from children. Players should not place personal information in a leaderboard name.
Security
We use reasonable measures intended to protect our games and the information they handle. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Future PocketFrolic games
This policy currently covers ArrowClear, Pulse Path, Orbit Break, Color Crash, Perfect Stack, Phase, and Loop Lock. Future games will be added here before or when they are released, together with any game-specific information about advertising, leaderboards, analytics, or saved data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when new PocketFrolic games are added or when our games, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
